Inside the volume of existent tower, located in the heart of downtown, it has been developed a project for offices at lower levels and two flats at upper levels. The facade cladding system reflects a modular composition, creating certain relations at urban and architectural scale. The helical staircase is a fluid element in opposition with the rigid and formal elegance of the president office. The two flats has been inspired by a formal choice to create open space for living area and rooms characterized by a wide concept of metropolitan style.
